Affiliate Disclosure & Earnings Disclaimer
Why this disclosure exists
Battery Pack Building Equipment is a reader-supported review website. That means some pages on this site include affiliate links, and we may earn a commission when a reader purchases through those links. This disclosure is provided so you can quickly understand how money flows on the site and make informed decisions while reading our content at https://e0674c51-079a-48ca-8de1-ac30c61c34af.pages.dev.
In plain terms: if you click an affiliate link and complete a qualifying purchase, we may receive compensation. In most cases, this does not increase your purchase price. We publish this statement to align with FTC guidance and to keep our recommendations transparent, readable, and accountable.
How commissions work on this site
Compensation can come in different forms, including a percentage of a sale or a fixed referral amount. Not every link is monetized, and not every product discussed is part of an affiliate program. When a merchant changes terms, availability, or payout structures, our coverage and link choices may change too.
Battery Pack Building Equipment currently uses affiliate relationships that may include:
- AliExpress affiliate partnerships for relevant battery pack building tools and components
- Amazon Associates for selected accessories and comparable listings
- Additional merchant or network-based referral programs when available for this niche
Editorial independence and review process
Our editorial decisions are not sold to merchants. We do not promise positive coverage in exchange for compensation, and affiliate participation does not guarantee inclusion in a guide. Products can be excluded when listings are unclear, incomplete, or contradictory, even if a commission is available.
Our evaluations compare published specifications and current listings across multiple sources; we do not conduct hands-on testing. Our evaluations do not rely on hands-on testing, and we do not present claims of physical use. Instead, the editorial team focuses on consistency checks and technical clarity:
- Mira Donnelly, Specification Comparison Editor (Welders & Cell Interconnects): compares capacitive-discharge vs transformer spot welder specs, nickel strip thickness ranges (0.1-0.3 mm), and pulse setting claims.
- Etienne Varga, Listing Reliability & Cost Transparency Editor: reviews AliExpress listing consistency, including title/spec/image mismatches, plus bundle completeness such as welder pen, foot pedal, power supply, and spare electrodes.
- Sofia Karim, Battery Management & Electrical Compatibility Editor: maps BMS cell-count and current specs (3S-20S, continuous/discharge current, balance current) and protection thresholds (OVP, UVP, OCP, OTP) with recovery wording.
What this means for you
Our goal is simple: help you compare options with clearer context, especially where listings can be inconsistent or incomplete. Affiliate revenue supports publishing, maintenance, and updates, but it does not replace editorial judgment. If compensation could influence a recommendation, we treat that as a risk to manage through disclosure and source cross-checking.
You should still verify final specs, included accessories, shipping details, and seller terms at checkout. We encourage readers to use our pages as a structured starting point, then confirm details directly before purchase. Transparency is not a slogan here; it is part of how we keep trust with our readers.
